12. It will be possible to modify your appointment on a maximum of 2 occasions, considering the following:
– For medication procedures (at clinic & at home), make sure that the new appointment date does not exceed 9 weeks of pregnancy. Shipment deliveries are within Mexico only.
– For Manual Vacuum Aspiration, make sure that the new date does not exceed 12 weeks of pregnancy.
13. If you chose to perform a legal termination of pregnancy and you have an IUD/IUS inserted, the cost for the removal of your contraceptive is an additional (prices may change without previous notice).
14. For the placement of a contraceptive method other than the one offered for free, the costs range depends on the contraceptive you choose. You can ask our specialists for all the options.
15. Once the appointment has been made, your PIN number (6 digits) will be sent to you by SMS message to your cell phone, please keep it for future queries or calls to our Contact Center.
16. Once in our clinic, and before going to the consultation, please inform to receptionist if you would like an additional service to the one scheduled.
17. If for medical reasons the procedure is not performed on the day of the appointment, you have a maximum of 5 business days to return to our clinic. Please consider the week of pregnancy.
18. Any subsequent review, follow-up or consultation incurs a cost.

It is not the responsibility of the medical staff when the information, conditions and background provided are inaccurate, false or omit relevant data or information.

If the patient presents symptoms that are out of the ordinary, or has doubts about the service, it is necessary for the patient to communicate directly in order to be directed to medical staff and obtain first-hand information in order to be better guided. It is forbidden to transfer or share the PIN number and confidential password with others.
21. You are responsible for safeguarding your PIN number and confidential password, as well as for all activities that occur in your file.
